Fathers of Mercy in Australia

The Fathers of Mercy are pleased to announce that we plan to make our 7th annual mission trip to Australia to preach parish missions and retreats during the Easter season of 2012. We plan to send four of our mission priests to Australia to begin missions on the 3rd Sunday of Easter. The missionaries who will be making the pilgrimage “down under” are:

Fr. Ben Cameron (his 5th trip to Australia)
Fr. Wade Menezes (often seen on EWTN; it will be his 3rd trip to Australia)
Fr. Bill Casey (also seen on EWTN; making his first trip to Australia)
Fr. Joseph Aytona (also making his first mission trip down under)

We plan to offer a total of 16 parish missions and retreats, beginning with the Sunday Masses of the parish, with the mission itself running from Sunday evening through Thursday evening. Our dates for the missions will be:

Mission Week 1: April 21 – 26 [three missions scheduled; one opening available]
Mission Week 2: April 28 – May 3 [three missions scheduled; one opening available]
Mission Week 3: May 5 – 10 [two missions scheduled; two openings available]
Mission Week 4: May 12 – 17 [four openings are available]

If you are interested in having a parish mission offered in your parish during the Easter season of 2012, please contact our Mission Director, Fr. Ben Cameron.
